We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50% of the service cost. Repeat no-shows may result in a booking deposit being required for future appointments.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment to accommodate subsequent bookings. The full service fee will still apply.
Please inform your practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or skin sensitivities before treatment. Certain treatments may require a patch test or medical clearance. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a treatment may pose a health risk.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payment methods. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and must be redeemed within 12 months of purchase.
